* Have you typed the correct url (address)?
Please check the welcome email you received when you signed up,
this will have a link to your correct website address.
* Are you typing in the url (address) to your web browser's
address bar? or into a search engine?
You must type your website address into the ADDRESS BAR AT THE
TOP OF YOUR WEB BROWSER, not a search engine. This is especially
important if you have just started your websites as it takes
several weeks for search engines to find your website and you
won't be listed.
* Have you signed up as a full member? Your trial account may
have expired so may have been suspended in which case please
contact us to upgrade.
* Try clearing your web browser's cache (see Help FAQ on "clear
cache")
