Do you have an entrepreneurial flair and want to create new opportunities for your arts organisation? This workshop will look at the opportunities offered by a social enterprise business model, and will help those who want to develop their organisations by extending their management and enterprise skills.
The workshop will cover aims and objectives led planning, and help you establish the best internal structure to maximise your group’s capacity, and help you to develop your understanding of social enterprise, whether its right for you, and how this business model can be applied to your organisation.
About your trainer
Di Robson is a cultural producer who has worked extensively in small and large scale cultural organisations. She works as consultant in project and organisational development, and is a tutor on City University’s Courses for Adults programme for the Certificate in Cultural Industries.
Who attends and what are the costs?
This practical workshop is aimed at experienced arts managers, financial or company managers, founders, directors and board members of small/medium not-for-profit organisations.
