The new arts website, Kuumba-Survivors, celebrates the artistic creativity of people of the African diaspora.
This website features interviews with novelist Buchi Emecheta OBE, choreographer Peter Badejo OBE, novelist Alex Wheatle, and many more.
Zhana, author of Black Success Stories, who created the site with help from a grant from the Arts Council of England, says,
A people must know its history. In order to know where we are going, we need to know where we have been.
