This seminar is part of a series of events programmed in Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey by Northern Bloc. Northern Bloc is supported by the Arts Council of Wales, Conwy County Borough Council, Gwynedd Council and Isle of Anglesey County Council
Northern Bloc was established as a pilot project in 2005, in Conwy County. The aim of the project being to identify and bring together individuals and clusters from the creative industries working with new technology; collate information about activity and provision for the sector in Conwy; identify examples of best practice and programme a series of professional development events for practitioners, providers and anyone interested in technology in the area.
Now in its second phase, Northern Bloc continues to develop networks to provide real opportunities for collaboration, alliance, and partnership between Wales-based organisations, enabling cross discipline exchanges between business and industry, science and technology, education and creative practices.
