Bitch Lit is a smart and subversive celebration of female anti-heroes.
Bitch Lit is a new collection of short stories, edited by Maya Chowdhry and Mary Sharratt, featuring women who take the law into their own hands, challenge society’s expectations, put themselves first - and don’t give a damn about it.
Mary Sharratt, Brighid Rose, Rosie Lugosi and Liz Kirby are appearing at Borders in Leeds on Thursday 9th November from 7 pm. Tickets are free so book on and hear their assembled characters give their fellow fictional anti-heroines, like Lady Macbeth and Narnia?s Snow Queen, a run for their money.
