Following its successful production of Shelagh Stephenson’s “The Memory of Water” earlier this year, Dark Edge Theatre is delighted to present another of her award winning plays.
This unsettling, yet captivating play presents a distorted world of madness, violence and fear as the tragic figure of Billy reigns over his wife and daughters with a tyrannical and sexual demand for power. Can these women break away from the hold he exerts over them and begin to understand a new reality outside this oppressive family circle?
