ADJUDICATOR: David Ashbee. David Ashbee is a founder-member of the Cherington Writers’ Group in Gloucestershire, who have held monthly writing workshops and annual week-long residencies for 17 years. His first collection “Perpetual Waterfalls” (1989) is still available direct from Enitharmon press. A second ‘Loss Adjuster’ is currently in preparation with bluechrome. He has performed his work at festivals for nearly 30 years, and has won several awards in national competitions.
Rules: 1. No entry form is required but each individual poem must be typed in a plain font on white A4 paper. 2. Entries will be judged anonymously so must not bear any identifying marks. A separate sheet must be included giving Name, Address and the title of each poem submitted. 3. Submissions must not have been placed in previous competitions, won any prize or be published in book form 4. All entries will be treated as copies and cannot be returned. It is essential that an SAE is enclosed with entries for notification of results. 5. Indigo Dreams Press reserves the right to cancel the competition and refund all monies in full if unforeseen circumstances arise. 6. All entries must be accompanied by cheque to correct amount made payable to Indigo Dreams Press. 7. No correspondence can be entered into and judge’s decision is final. 8. Results will be announced within one month of closing date. 9.
